Possessing a hero will be essential to access all game modes in Lord of Myths. We won’t be allowed to buy weapons, armors or mounts in the pre-sale event if we haven’t got a hero first.
Weapons and armors will help us earn higher rewards and become stronger in Adventure, PvP and Guilds game modes. The possession of, at least, one weapon will be necessary to access the PvP game mode, whereas that of an armor won’t. However, possessing, at least, one armor is strongly recommended in any of the aforementioned game modes if we want to become a real legend of Exylon.
By merging several weapons or armors of lower rarity we will be given the chance of getting a weapon or armor of higher rarity or exclusivity.
Mounts are necessary if we want to explore the uncharted lands of Exylon: possessing one mount will let us change our settlement in the map and will provide us with additional perks in other games modes. Likewise, mounts are indispensable if we want to access the PvE game mode ‘Tame your beast’, in which, by feeding, training and letting our mount fight against other beasts, we will be able to make our basic initial mount turn into almighty creatures, such as the Kraken or the Leviathan.
In order to access the PvE game mode ‘Create your farm’, we will need at least two mounts in our inventory. In this game mode, unequipped mounts in battle will also be awarded experience that will help them along their evolution process.
